On site service is available for setup issues and most minor repairs. Although due to the nature of PC repair it is necessary for us to have the PC in our shop for reloading the operating system, backups, recovery and some parts replacement.

- Pickup and drop off service is available with in our service area. (call for details)
- Equipment must be disconnected prior to pickup unless onsite service has been arranged.
- Reconnecting PC is left to the customer unless prior arrangements are made.
- Pickup and drop off is not an "on site service call". We will bring the machine to our repair facility free of charge.
- Drop off driver cannot reconnect equipment without a properly scheduled onsite service call.

 We highly suggest going through our level 1 and 2 Recovery before sending out your drive. If this fails to produce usable data then a level 3 Data Recovery is needed if your data is important to you. Our 3rd level of recovery requires you to send out your drive to Ontrack Data Recovery.
This level of recovery may cost as much as $1000 or more. |
